Breakfast of Champions

I'll be honest. I am not a yogurt fan. I never have been. My mom spent half my childhood trying to get me to eat it when I'd get various bugs because of the "good" bacterias in it, and I could just never stand it; it bordered on making me sicker every single time.

All that said, I know yogurt would be a great addition to my mostly vegetarian diet. So I'm trying. I am.
Not sure I'm there yet, but this is what I'm eating (and sort of liking) today:
Not the most beautiful breakfast, but it tastes okay.

  • Vanilla Activia (of the yogurt brands carried where we shop, this one had the most protein with the lowest carbs and sodium - again diabetic/heart-healthy friendly blog)
  • Vanilla Almond Granola
  • Sunsweet dried plum bites
What ways do others out there like their yogurt?
