Yogurt.

Is that enough said?

Everyone talks all the time about how good yogurt is for you, all of those pre- and pro-biotics and calcium and protein!

The Bride hates yogurt. I can't stand it. I try so hard, but it just isn't for me.

So lately I've been experimenting with alternate methods of yogurt consumption. I want the healthy benefits, gosh darn it!

What I've discovered that so far is acceptable:

1. Dole Fruit Shakers. They're in the freezer section, you add a few ounces of your favorite juice, shake it up really well and voila! Yogurt fruit smoothie that tastes like that juice you love rather than yogurt. The strawberry is delicious with some White Cran Strawberry juice.

2. Chobani Greek yogurt - mango flavor. It's still yogurt, but it's better. Greek yogurt is thicker and creamier and a little tangier. It's really the mango that keeps me eating it.

What I plan to try next:

1. Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts. I found a forum answerer (while googling the differences between regular and Greek yogurt - inquiring minds and all that) that says this is how it's eaten in Greece. Sounds plausible.

Does anyone have other ideas? How do you survive yogurt?
