Ingredients: eggs, shredded cheese, tortillas, avocado, tomato, salsa
- Heat greased skillet, add lightly beaten eggs (prepare similar to making an omelet)
- Add half of your shredded cheese, top with one tortilla, loosen the edges.
- Using a dinner plate, flip the whole thing
- Add cheese and another tortilla to this side. Let it sit for a minute to brown tortilla 1, then repeat flip and brown tortilla 2.
- Slice it up with a pizza cutter and top with lovely things as you wish.
