First Attempt at Making Our Own Tofu Dish


We knew we liked Tofu when it was prepared correctly. Our problem? Not knowing how to prepare tofu correctly. So we did what all good modern cooks do! We googled it!

Ultimate dish: Sauteed tofu with rice, edamame, and tomatoes.
Process: Not actually all that difficult!

  1. Smush (yes that's a technical term.) excess water out of Tofu
  2. Saute with red wine vinegar, a little chopped onion, and some Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning.
  3. Add to rice, and toss in whatever leftover veggies you have! (In our case, edamame leftovers and excess of chopped tomatoes from making Guacamole.)
All in all, I think we could declare this a success!
